What is SPAM and why do I get so much of it?
SPAM is the nickname for Junk E-mail! SPAM is those annoying messages that
are constantly filling up your inbox and making you wait forever while checking
your email.
You are receiving these messages because your email address has somehow ended up
on a mailing list. If you have ever provided your email address on websites, or if your
email address is posted on a webpage, or if you have posted a message in a newsgroup
or message board then the chances are that you will receive a large amount of SPAM.
To try and avoid receiving SPAM, try to refrain from the above mentioned activity.
